Spatial integrity and layout
Will the property configuration match the listing photos, or are there hidden layout surprises?
Our guarantee: The listing shows the floor plan, including which rooms are downstairs. Photos are of the house as it stands.
- Ensuite bedrooms, each with its own door. A colleague does not cross another bedroom to reach theirs.
- The buyout is the whole footprint. Bedrooms stay open. We do not charge a four-figure fee to unlock a door already in the reservation.
How do you handle privacy for a high-profile group or a closed working session?
Our guarantee: Living rooms, bedrooms, and work spaces do not have interior cameras.

Technical infrastructure and connectivity
What happens if the internet drops or shows connected with no internet during a session?
Our guarantee: A backup that says “connected, no internet” is a failed stay.
- Villa Valentina and Villa Serenity run enterprise mesh Wi-Fi through the rooms and the outdoor work spaces. The speed figure stays blank until the on-site test is filed.
- Each of those houses has a whole-home generator.
How do you handle a maintenance or climate issue during the stay?

- The Cap Bonita houses are checked before arrival, including climate, the pools, and the jacuzzis.
Kitchen, chef, and dining
Is the kitchen equipped for the headcount on the reservation?
Our guarantee: Villa Valentina sleeps 18. Villa Serenity sleeps 20. Each has an equipped Italian kitchen.

Antelope Trails Ranch is three homes on 67 acres and sleeps 31. The Teewinot Room seats 80, and the room can hold 100. Public listing copy describes cable Wi-Fi across the campus. Dining at one table for the whole group applies to the house you book.
