A whole house in St. John that sleeps 16

The house is in Catherineberg, on the North Shore, beside Virgin Islands National Park. Cinnamon Bay is below you. From the terraces you look down into the bay and out toward Jost Van Dyke. More is on the house in the trees.

St. John has no airport. The way in is St. Thomas (STT) to Cruz Bay: Red Hook, then the North Shore road up to the house. If someone needs a doctor, call 911. The clinic and the boat to St. Thomas are on the emergency care page.

Groceries are down in Cruz Bay. Starfish Market delivers an order placed ahead. A private chef is not in the lodging rate. Cinnamon Bay, Trunk Bay, and Maho Bay are on the North Shore page.

Five king suites and a bunk room

Each king suite has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The bunk room is for the kids. The house sleeps 16 and works best for 10 to 14. The indoor table seats 10. There is an air-conditioned office if someone needs to work.

Two pools, a slide, and a hot tub

An infinity-edge upper pool and a lower pool are connected by a slide. The hot tub is on the house. Outside there is a kitchen and a dining table. Inside, a Viking and SKS kitchen. Backup power is solar, a battery wall, and a generator.

What the quote does not include

Cleaning is $1,250 per stay. USVI hotel occupancy tax is 12.5%. Past four guests, the extra-guest fee is $75 a night. A private chef is not part of the lodging rate.
