Thank you for choosing CTC Stays. We curate and vet elite properties specifically engineered for high-capacity group travel, corporate retreats, and multi-generational milestones. Please review the operational and reservation frameworks governing our portfolio below.

🏛️ 1. The CTC Stays Curated Portfolio (Partner Estates)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on an individual listing, CTC Stays acts exclusively as a specialized luxury referral agent and portfolio curator for partner-owned properties.

  • Contractual Framework: When submitting an inquiry or securing a booking for a partner estate, your final short-term rental agreement, check-in logistics, and structural house rules are established directly with the respective property owner or local management operator.
  • Financial Transactions: CTC Stays is not the merchant of record for partner-owned estates. All transactional financial routing, security deposits, and processing logistics are managed natively by the property operator under their independent payment gateways.

🏡 2. Owned Inventory (The Direct Portfolio)

Properties natively owned and operated directly by the CTC Stays founders—including Villa Coral inside the Dorado Del Mar community—are processed through a distinct direct booking pipeline.

  • Booking Infrastructure: Availability tracking, digital checkout, and payment gateways for our direct portfolio run securely through OwnerRez.
  • Direct Terms: Direct bookings are subject strictly to the custom cancellation parameters, localized house rules, and security deposit terms clearly itemized within the OwnerRez interface at the time of final checkout.

📩 3. The Inquiry & Reservation Request Process

Submitting a digital stay request or dates via our online platform constitutes an inquiry, not a finalized booking confirmation.

  • Hold Parameters: Calendar dates are not officially locked or held on the property calendar until the individual property operator confirms group criteria and verifies availability.
  • CTC-Originated Guest Validation: Booking tracking parameters and referral identification metrics embedded within communications ensure that CTC-originated groups seamlessly receive our promised standard of elite on-site utility, brand-standard vetting, and dedicated platform support throughout their stay.
