CTC is a referral, not the hotel

Unless a listing says otherwise, CTC Stays introduces you to the villa owner or property manager. Your rental agreement and payment are with that operator. CTC is not the merchant of record for partner homes.

Owned inventory

Villa Coral is operated by our family. Availability and payment for that home run through OwnerRez on the listing. Cancellation, deposits, and house rules on that booking are the OwnerRez / Villa Coral terms shown at checkout.

Inquiries

A stay request is not a reservation. Dates are not held until the operator confirms. Referral tokens in operator emails identify CTC-originated guests for commission — they are not a booking confirmation.
