The two houses
Villa Valentina is first-line on Playa Bonita: nine ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 18, a 140 m² infinity pool over the water. Villa Serenity is next door: ten ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 20, a 100 m² infinity pool toward the beach. A private chef, bartender, and daily housekeeping come with each stay. Food and drink are quoted separately.
One house, or both
A group of 15 to 20 takes one house. A reunion that needs both takes the compound: 19 ensuite bedrooms, two infinity pools, up to 38 overnight guests, still under one gate. Samaná El Catey (AZS) is about 25 minutes away.
