Villa Valentina was envisioned not simply as a rental asset, but as a hyper-curated private estate sanctuary. Custom structural glazing and panoramic door systems were imported from Germany; master baths are anchored with monolithic Italian soaking tubs, curated vanities, and coralina stone.
Provenance Spotlight: The Great Gri Gri Tree
Inside the central great room, the massive indoor banquet table (seating about 20), the custom TV gallery console, and the al-fresco dining installation were each milled from a single Gri Gri tree found on the property land — marked with commemorative metal plaques.
Villa Valentina can also be booked together with neighbouring Villa Serenity for larger multi-family gatherings.
