Corporate retreat villas in Dorado, Puerto Rico
If you are flying 8 to 12 people for a working week, start with Villa Coral — one house, one invoice, about 30 minutes from San Juan airport. Mesh Wi-Fi, a whole-home generator, and a dining room where the full group can sit together.
Hotel room blocks split a leadership team across corridors and add a meeting-room rental. This is a 4-bedroom house in gated Dorado Del Mar, sized for an executive alignment, a People-ops offsite, or a founder week. US teams fly in on a domestic itinerary. No passport.

Infrastructure first
The question that actually decides a remote offsite is not the view. It is whether the Wi-Fi holds a full house of laptops, and whether the session survives a grid flicker. Villa Coral runs enterprise-grade mesh coverage with backup pathways, a whole-home diesel generator, and a Tesla Powerwall. The air conditioning stays on. The meeting continues.
One house for 8–12, not a 50-person buyout
Four bedrooms. 5.5 bathrooms. Sleeps twelve. Upstairs there is a second salon and a kitchenette, so two working groups can split without shouting across an open great room. The al fresco pavilion is a covered outdoor boardroom by day and dinner at night. One table for the whole group when you need the evening debrief to stay in one conversation.
If the team is bigger than twelve, look at corporate retreat villas in Las Terrenas — one house for 12 to 20, not a hotel block.
What the quote includes
Direct bookings on ctcstays.com are 10% off the Airbnb rent for the same nights. The quote adds cleaning and tax. A named on-island property manager runs the house. Private chef on request. Direct bookings include the 6-seater Gem Car for grocery runs and the neighborhood. Send dates and headcount — a request is not a hold until the nights are confirmed.
Dorado versus a San Juan hotel
San Juan hotels are built for conferences. This house is built for a leadership team that needs privacy, a kitchen, and bedrooms that do not share a single hallway bath. You are in Dorado Del Mar, about thirty minutes from SJU, not inside the Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
How to book
Check the live calendar on the Villa Coral listing, or email Chris with dates, headcount, and whether you need a chef. We send a single quote. You book on the listing. The local manager handles the stay.
Frequently asked questions
Can we run an executive offsite at a villa in Dorado?
Yes. Villa Coral is a 4-bedroom house in Dorado Del Mar for 8 to 12 people. It has mesh Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a whole-home generator, and a dining layout where the full group can sit together. About 30 minutes from San Juan airport.
How many people does Villa Coral sleep for a corporate retreat?
Twelve, across four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It is sized for a leadership team, not a company-wide resort block.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough for video calls and file transfers?
The house runs enterprise-grade mesh coverage with backup pathways. We test it under a full-house load so working sessions, not just streaming, hold from the workspace to the patio.
What happens if the power goes out during a strategy session?
Villa Coral has a whole-home diesel generator paired with a Tesla Powerwall. If the grid fluctuates, the power and the air conditioning stay on.
Do US teams need a passport to fly to Puerto Rico?
No. Puerto Rico is a US territory. Teams fly into SJU on domestic itineraries. The house is about 30 minutes from the airport.
How do we book a corporate stay?
Email dates and headcount to ctc@ctcstays.com, or check the live calendar on the Villa Coral listing. A request is not a reservation until the nights are confirmed. Direct bookings on ctcstays.com are 10% off the Airbnb rent for the same stay.
Where do breakout sessions happen if this is not a conference hotel?
Upstairs salon and kitchenette for a second working group. The covered pavilion outside for a session that should not echo across an open great room. The dining layout holds the full twelve when you need everyone in one conversation.
