It says the house is one residence in a gated estate bordering Salazie National Park, with a wine cellar, a gym, a massage pavilion, a games room and bar, Wi-Fi, and a 49-metre pool described as the longest in the Seychelles and as heated. Three bedrooms are stand-alone, two with private pools. Highlights list 5 king beds and 2 twin beds, and a dining area that seats 12. Policies say children are welcomed, pets are not, smoking is outdoors only, and events are not. Starting rates are based on 3-bedroom occupancy. A rates table on the same page also shows €700.
