The same page does not agree with itself on how many villas that is. The owner site does not publish a guest count.

Ministry of Villas heads the estate as Gondang Beach, Lombok, 3–12 bedrooms, and prints “Sleeps: 6 – 54 guests (61 max),” size 1,500m², built 2022. The overview says nine 3-bedroom villas by Vittorio Simoni, each with a private 20-metre lap pool. A later sentence on the same page says “the five” villas. The layout section says the villas can be rented together to create a 6-, 9-, or 12-bedroom option, and does not describe a 27-bedroom buyout. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each list a writing desk. Features include a media room, free Wi-Fi, an estate gym, and an estate spa. Inclusions list breakfast daily, a set dinner, a chef, housekeepers, butlers, security guards, and a Gili boat shuttle. The page says the restaurants at The Lombok Lodge are nearby, and that Senggigi and Mataram are about 45–60 minutes away. The owner site at thelomboklodgevillas.com, checked the same day, says 9 villas in 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom layouts, with 20-metre pools, breakfast and dinner, a private chef, and a 24-hour butler. That site does not publish an overnight guest count. Quote 54 only with those conflicts. This note does not publish 61 as a clean overnight count.
