Who we are

CTC Stays (Family Travel, LLC) operates ctcstays.com as a curated referral engine for large-family villas. We introduce guests to villa owners and property managers. We do not process booking payments on this site except where a listing embeds a third-party engine (for example OwnerRez on homes we operate).

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we store your name, email, optional phone, requested destination or property, stay dates, guest count, message, a referral token, the page you sent it from, and a coarse IP address for abuse control.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We use this information to respond to your request and to share it with the owner or property manager of a home you asked about, so they can quote or confirm a stay. That is contractual / pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

CTC staff, the owner or PMC named on the listing you inquired about, and email infrastructure used to send those messages. Payment card data never touches CTC WordPress; OwnerRez or the PMC’s booking engine is the merchant when a stay is paid.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last status change so we can reconcile referral commission and answer your follow-up, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer legal hold applies.

Your choices

Email us at the address on the Contact page to access, correct, or delete a lead we hold, or to withdraw consent for marketing notes. Stay-request follow-ups include an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an inquiry you sent (the first confirmation) are not marketing.

Stay reviews

If you stayed in a home we operate or referred, we may email a one-time link so you can leave a rating and a short note. We store the stay dates, the rating, and the note. Published reviews show your first name, optional city, the month of the stay, and the text you wrote. We do not publish your email. Write the address on the Contact page if you want a published review taken down.

Villa partner agreements

For villa owners and property managers, we store the business and property details entered in an agreement, the signer’s name, title and email, the accepted terms, signing time, a one-way hash of the signing IP address, and limited browser information. We keep the signed record for contract, accounting, dispute, and legal-retention needs.

Text messages

Phone on an inquiry is optional. If you leave a number and check the consent box, you agree CTC Stays may text you from 855-246-7829 about the stay or partnership you asked about. Texting that number first is consent for us to reply in that thread. You can inquire by email and leave the phone blank.

Those texts cover your request: dates, the home, and what happens next. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Email the address on the Contact page if you want the number taken off the lead. We do not sell phone numbers.

SMS Consent and Phone Numbers

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
