The community includes registered GEM car access both within the neighborhood and on the street, and the villa is fully equipped for extended stays with a whole-home diesel generator paired with a 200-gallon diesel tank, a solar array with Tesla Powerwall battery backup, and a 600-gallon cistern with a valve that can connect directly to the pool during extended water outages.
